A discussion of House Resolution 3371. H.R. 3371, you'll remember, includes a proposal to require an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate for any pilot (including second in command) of Part 121 aircraft. That would require a minimum of 1,500 hours to even be considered for an airline flying position.
Jason Blair, NAFI's executive director, will talk with guests about this bill in Congress that would surely have a huge impact on the future of aviation, and flight training, in the United States.
